To this existing 70’s bungalow we added a contemporary style first floor and a modern cube sunroom extension to the south-eastern side of the house with a flat roof incorporating a glazed balcony. On the first floor level, a new master bedroom, with a dressing room and master ensuite connected to it. A new study was added to this level too which was open plan for the main entrance at ground floor level. On the front facing north-western wall, a new large triangular shaped feature window was added which provides a good view of the rolling green hills of the surrounding countryside. At the back of the house, floor to ceiling windows were added to the new extension so plenty of sun floods the living areas throughout the day.
