A Building Energy Rating (BER) evaluates your home based on how energy efficient it is. The scale goes from A to G, with A-rated homes being the most energy efficient and G-rated homes the least.

BER CERTIFICATE & ADVISORY REPORT (EXISTING HOUSES & APARTMENTS):
A Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate is an indication of the energy performance of a home and is required prior to offering a property for sale or rent. These BER Certificates are also required in order to draw down SEAI Grants for improvement works carried out to your home.

CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATION & PART L COMPLIANCE REPORT:
These calculations are carried out as part of your Commencement Notice prior to the construction of a new dwelling to ensure compliance with Part L (Energy) of the Building Regulations. This includes any alterations to the specifications necessary to ensure compliance.

FINAL (NEW DWELLING) BER & PART L COMPLIANCE REPORT:
A Final (New Dwelling) BER is carried out following completion of construction of a dwelling to confirm compliance with Part L (Energy) of the Building Regulations. This includes any alterations to the specifications during the construction process.
