The day to day management and supervision of the construction work will normally be by the client & their chosen building contractor. If, like most people today, your life is already busy enough and more assistance is required in the day to day management and supervision of the work, project management services can be made available. As project manager our time will split between the office and site, discussing with clients and ensuring the completion of the project. We will oversee each step of the construction process.
