We then prepare a design for any recommended energy improvements, showing the changes to the BER Rating and listing all grants which are available. We will also review your heating system design and ensure it is suitable to heat your renovated property. We will then manage the whole process from start to finish.

​We assess your property and prepare BER Certificates required for SEAI Grants, Part L Compliance Reports or if you are selling or renting your property.

We prepare Detailed Tender Drawings and a Schedule of Works showing the agreed finishes for your project, prepare construction costs for the works and manage the completion of your project.

The construction team takes control of your site and starts the construction works required to complete your project to the agreed design. Our design and build teams work together to ensure the design is constructed and completed to your design vision.

​We survey properties before you purchase them to ensure that you are aware of any issue that may need to be addressed after you buy them.

​Before you sell your property, we carry out a planning history search and then survey your property to ensure it complies with planning permission and building regulations. We then give you Opinion on Compliance documents which are provided to any future buyer.

We survey the site of your property and prepare Land Registry Compliant Maps for submission to Tailte Eireann for registration.
