Mary Kate's Cottage Renovation, Bundoran

In this renovation of an existing cottage, the walnut timber floor was installed with clover patterned tiles for the kitchen. New grey kitchen units were installed as well as new appliances. White tile backsplash was added on the kitchen wall and light grey was painted on the walls. A full retrofit was completed as part of the renovation with walls, ceiling and a new slate roof fully insulated along with an insulated floating floor. The exterior walls were painted light blue and the front door being a dark grey. A security gate was added to the driveway entrance. At the back there is a new patio door which provides access to the private rear patio area. A perfect space for private living in the centre of the busy tourist town.
