Leitrim House Outdoor Living Area, Bundoran

Here we designed a new back, dual-level patio with planting areas installed around the walls. There is access to and from the back lawn from the patio with steps in the same paving in which the patio terrace area is finished. The exterior walls of the patio were painted in a mustard yellow to match the house and the interior walls were painted a light grey to match the paving tiles. There are two layers to the patio, one being the greater area where the owners might put seating in the sun or a hot tub, while the slightly lower level is covered by an aluminium framed gazebo with a UV-resistant polycarbonate roof for shelter in wetter or sunnier days when a little shade is required. The build is completed with lighting surrounding the patio walls for use when the sun goes down.
