• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and helping set up and dismantle tools, scaffolding, and work areas.

• Site preparation, and basic manual labor under the guidance of supervisors and tradespeople.

• Ability to adapt to unexpected challenges on the job, troubleshoot problems and apply practical solutions.

• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and coworkers.

• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

• Commitment to producing quality workmanship.

• Willingness to keep up with new technologies, regulations, and industry practices.

• Full driving license and ability to travel to sites.
